If you have purchased a band and find out it does not fit you, you can exchange it for the correct size.

 

You will need to mail it to Bumbles at 4390 Washington Blvd., STE A, Ogden, Utah 84403.  When sending your exchange back to us please include your complete contact information, what size you want and $2.00 for shipping.  Should you have multiple items to exchange shipping will be more.  We will call you to let you know what shipping will be.

 

Please allow at least 2 weeks to receive your new items.

Starting on March 1st, 2010, you must present an original receipt when you send back any product for repair, replacement, exchange or refund.  No exceptions!  Without an original receipt, you will be charged at least $10.00 (Our minumum repair fee) for any repair or replacement/exchange.
