Should you need a watch repaired we can handle that for you.
Simply mail it back to us at 4390 Washington Blvd., STE A, Ogden, Utah 84403. Along with the band you want repaired, please include your complete contact information, what size you need it and $2.00 for shipping. Should you have multiple items that you need repaired shipping will be more. We will call you to let you know what it will be.
Starting on March 1st, 2010, you must present an original receipt when you send back any product for repair, replacement, exchanges or refund. No exceptions! Without an original receipt, you will be charged at least $10.00 (Our minumum repair fee) for any repair or replacement/exchange.
